Madaripur Nari Unnayan Sangstha (MANUS) is a woman headed and managed NGO. It is by nature a non-government, non-profit, non-political and non-religious development organization. 

We train people about agriculture, fishing, farming cow, hen, goat, duck etc. We also teach nakshi Katha Designs etc. works

Other then this we also teach garment factory workers. The workers we teach also goes to work in big factories after taking training from us.

And in our factory, other then training we also make our own products and sell them, by this our trainers get salary
